Mae's also brews coffee! Steaming milk from a local dairy and pulling
shots of espresso from fresh coffee beans are some of our favorite
activities at the bakery. We make everything from a double espresso
with a beautiful crema to a sweet and satisfying blended iced mocha
with whipped cream. A great cup of coffee is the perfect pairing for
our cinnamon rolls in the morning or with a focaccia for lunch. Add a
shot of Monin All Natural flavor syrup, like vanilla or raspberry, to
your coffee drink for an extra treat. We also make our own Cherry Coke! We mix our fountain Coke with Monin Natural Cherry Syrup to make a Cherry Coke just like at a soda fountain. Monin Syrups are also great in our Italian Sodas or French Cream Sodas. |
