| At Aggie Mae's,
we bake our bread fresh daily with local, natural ingredients. All our
loaves are hand formed, and the result is a beautiful artisan bread
that tastes home made. We use as much organic, unbleached, unbromaded
flour as possible, and we take advantage of local ingredients whenever
available. We bake in small batches, and no enhancers or preservatives
are used. All our breads are baked on site at the Lansing City Market. If you come early enough, you can get a glimpse of us forming your favorite loaf. We are always experimenting with new breads and new ingredients, so come by and see what we've come up with today. |
