special events and specials. The name for Aggie Mae's Bakery comes from the owner's mother, who taught her how to bake at a very young age. Baking bread is the ultimate nurturing tradition, and we carry that tradition from Aggie Mae's kitchen years ago to the Lansing community of today. Aggie Mae's Bakery serves artisan breads, cookies, scones, brownies, cheesecakes, sandwiches and more. We use as much unbleached, unbromated, organic flour as possible, and a lot of the ingredients we use come from right in the Lansing City Market. Our breakfast and lunch menu is always fresh, delicious and affordable, and we are always coming up with a new recipe to tempt your taste buds.
